Welcome to the exciting world of books, Shanzay! At 7 years old, Shanzay is at the perfect age to transition from listening to stories to reading them all by herself. This course is designed to unlock the magic of reading by turning letters on a page into meaningful words and adventures. We will focus on building her confidence, ensuring she feels comfortable sounding out new words and understanding what she reads, sparking a lifelong love for learning and imagination.
In our “Basic Reading” classes, we move beyond just the alphabet to the building blocks of language. Shanzay will learn through a phonics-based approach—understanding the sounds that letters make and how they blend together. The environment will be interactive and encouraging, allowing her to make mistakes and learn from them without pressure. By the end of this course, Shanzay will be reading simple sentences with a smile, ready to tackle her first storybooks independently.

This curriculum is designed to be visual, auditory, and highly interactive to keep a 7-year-old engaged.
