UK Quran Academy provides online Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic, and Islamic studies classes for students and families. By using this website, booking a free trial, submitting a form, or enrolling in a class, you agree to these terms.

2. Classes and Scheduling

Class timings are arranged according to tutor availability and the student's preferred schedule. We try to maintain consistent lesson times, but changes may be needed because of teacher availability, holidays, technical issues, or family requests.

3. Free Trial and Enrolment

A free trial class may be offered so students can experience the teaching style and confirm the correct level. Continued lessons after the trial require enrolment in an agreed plan.

4. Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

Fees depend on the selected class frequency and plan. Payment terms, cancellation requests, and refund eligibility should be confirmed with the academy team before enrolment. Missed lessons may be rescheduled when reasonable notice is provided and a tutor is available.

Students, parents, and teachers are expected to communicate respectfully. Parents or guardians should supervise younger children during online lessons and make sure students use the learning platform safely.

You may not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy academy materials for resale, or interfere with website security and availability.
